In Home Care Services

The North Tipp Hospice Movement has been supporting palliative care throughout North Tipperary for many years. Working with the homecare team, we supply Profiling Beds, Air Works Mattresses and Raise and Recline Chairs to patients who wish to be cared for at home in their final end of life stage.

With the support of family, Milford Home Care Nurses, Twilight Nurses and North Tipperary Hospice we help care for those patients who wish to die with comfort and dignity in their own homes.

The Hospital has to make contact with the Milford Hospice Home care team who then organise all the details with North Tipperary Hospice.  If you would like more information please contact your own Doctor who can also refer to the Home care team.
